Class Times
Classes begin at 8:30 am each day and run until 4:30 pm unless otherwise noted. There is one hour each day for lunch and ample time is given for breaks.
Confirmation
Students will receive a registration package that includes a registration letter and directions to the training center. Registration is on a first come, first served basis and is not confirmed until Secure Datacom receives final payment.
Course Prerequisites
To insure that the student is properly prepared and will receive the maximum benefit of each class, it is strongly recommended that the student review the course syllabus for each class they will be taking prior to the first day of class.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard as well as money orders, business or personal checks made payable in U.S. dollars. Pre-approved accounts may finalize payment arrangement on a Secure Datacom account. All classes must be paid for prior to attendance.
Cancellation Policy
Classes canceled 10 business days prior to class are not subject to any penalty. Classes canceled between 5 and 9 days prior to class are subject to a penalty equal to 50% of the balance due. Classes canceled less than 5 business days prior to class are subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the balance due. No refunds will be made for payments already received.
Course Certificate
Students will receive a certificate of completion upon their successful conclusion of the course.
Retake Policy
For a period of 12 months from the completion of class or until the class is changed, whichever is sooner, you can audit a class you’ve already taken (on a space available basis).
